From a pin to a place

A region is a start.
The land makes it real.

Every region needs a local answer.

We look for land close enough to stay connected, with the space and character for a different kind of neighborhood. An existing RV park may provide infrastructure; an undeveloped site may offer a new canvas.

Market size is only one signal. Site screening must also consider land and utility costs, access, environmental constraints, local approvals, operating partners, and real interest from a founding community.

About this map & its sources

The map includes all 387 metropolitan statistical areas in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, using Census Vintage 2025 population estimates for July 1, 2025. Of these, 111 have at least 500,000 residents. Metropolitan areas include a core urban area of at least 50,000 plus surrounding counties; they are not incorporated city populations.

Pins use Census regional internal points, not property locations. Census regions group each market by its primary state. Map boundaries: U.S. Census / us-atlas and Natural Earth. Census data ↗ · Map and font licenses ↗
