BXBL.CITY
We shape the concept, coordinate project planning, curate the shared spaces, and develop the community and operating playbook.
Our approach
BXBL.CITY is an independent initiative developing a repeatable framework for community founders, landowners, and local operators.
We believe the next chapter of living will be smaller, more connected, and shaped by the people who call it home.
There are people in every region looking for a life with more community. Our thesis is simple: bring a small founding group together, give them private homes and exceptional shared spaces, and create the conditions for culture to emerge.
BXBL.CITY is the organizing layer: a blueprint, a development process, and a way for local founders to work with architects, engineers, installers, suppliers, artists, and operators. We are beginning with early experiments to learn what makes these places thrive.
Who does what
We shape the concept, coordinate project planning, curate the shared spaces, and develop the community and operating playbook.
Landowners, licensed architects, engineers, contractors, and operators bring local knowledge, site delivery, and day-to-day stewardship.
BOXABL is a separate company producing modular housing. Product selection, engineering, availability, delivery, and commercial terms are confirmed directly for each project.
Explore the manufacturer’s current system at BOXABL’s developer site ↗. BXBL.CITY does not claim a BOXABL affiliation, endorsement, or authorized franchise agreement.
The way we build
The long-term vision is a network of independently operated communities, with a common standard of care and a local sense of place.
A founder-led development model can share design lessons, sourcing, operating systems, and a recognizable guest experience. Every village still needs its own land, approvals, people, and culture. Commercial partnership structures will develop through the early pilots.
Questions worth asking
This site introduces the BXBL.CITY development vision and invites project conversations. The explorer shows potential regions, not available homes or confirmed projects.
No authorized BOXABL franchise or manufacturer endorsement is claimed. BXBL.CITY is an independent development initiative. Any future licensing, supplier, or franchise relationships require separate agreements.
No. A founding community, operating experience, or a promising site can all be useful starting points. Tell us what you bring and which region you have in mind.
Possibly, after a site-specific assessment. Existing RV permissions do not automatically permit permanent modular housing, commercial recreation facilities, or long-term residential use. Local professionals must confirm the path.
No. It is the proposed operating model. Each project must define housing terms, included amenities, services, access, and pricing before taking commitments.
